Iago manipulates Othello through lies and innuendo into thinking that Desdemona is having an affair with Cassio. I demanded strict proof of anything hinting beyond a friendship between Desdemona and Cassio, giving her the benefit of the doubt, however, I must say, some icky and most dreadful feeling sticks to me.
