If I Were a Bird
If I were a bird, soaring through the sky
I'd feel the wind beneath my wings, oh so high
I'd dance and sing, a song of joy and glee
As I flew through the clouds, wild and free
I'd see the world from a different view
The trees, the fields, the mountains, too
I'd marvel at the beauty, all around
Never once feeling lost or found
I'd travel far and wide, with ease and grace
To every corner of this vast, open place
I'd visit all the wonders of the earth
The mountains and the oceans, and the forests, too
But most of all, I'd cherish every moment
Of this amazing, wonderful life I'd own it
I'd revel in the freedom, and the endless sky
If I were a bird, soaring high on high
Being a bird would bring me such delight
To see the world from such a lofty height
I'd never take a single day for granted
But instead, I'd make the most of every chance it
So if I were a bird, I'd spread my wings and fly
To every corner of the earth, and touch the sky
I'd sing my song and dance in the air
Feeling alive, wild, and free, without a care

I guess after all I really don't want to be that bird. The first part of the book covers some of the traditions that take place on days other than Christmas itself, like St. I mean, a bird can just fly away whenever they want to; Just open up their wings and fly away. If they run into a problem, Big or small, They can just fly away. Lydia Published by Lydia Ruth Writes Freelance writer and artist with First Class Honours in English with Publishing. I would sit on a branch, And sing melodious chants, After mesmerizing everyone, I would have actually won. I'd dance and sing all the bright summer day, Have a grand concert without any pay, I'd invite all the gray birds, yellow birds, and blue, We'd have a merry time, hey, wouldn't you? The wind between my feathers, The sun firing up my back, Igniting my loosened soul. I could travel the world. .
